ANNOUNCEMENTS

Sliding within the Institutes, Registration and Choice Filling by candidate for spot allotment and filling of remaining seats by spot allotment have been put on hold awaiting the direction of the Hon’ble High Court of Odisha.

In view of some unforeseen developments, the last date for accepting students by the participating institutes against the 4th Round of Seat Allotment is extended by ONE DAY, i.e. till 31st July 2012.

St Peters School of architecture, St Peters Engineering College and Technology

St.Peter's College of Engineering and Technology, a co-educational college was established by Lakshmi Saraswathi Educational Trust in the year 2008. The college aims to impart training to students to develop their Intellectual powers, identify and cultivate interest and talents, and train them to become responsible and eminent citizens of india. The institution is spread over a sprawling campus with its calm surrounding, creating a study atomsphere. The institute provinces a clean and invigorative environment conductive for higher education.


St Peters Engineering College was Started in 1993 and Became a deemed university in 2008.

A part of The St Peters Engineering College and Technology was parallely Started in 2008 under affiliation with Anna University.The new School of Architecture  Got approval from AICTE and GOVT from 2012.

Anna university Counselling for B AARCH candidates- 2012.

Students with Good Nata score of over 125 Plus  and Good Scores in Total of all subjects were able to get good colleges like  SPA / MEASI/ THiagaraja in First session in 2011-12.  Students should get total score including language also get a good B ARCH counselling rank  unlike in Engineering where Maths , Physics and Chemistry marks alone is taken was noticed by  many as they were not clearly aware during the preparation of their School exams. Even 20 Marks addition in Language will boost rank by 50 to 100 in B AARCH counselling .

In the Second Session Meenaksi/Mohammed AJ sathak /Midas/ Meenakshi Amman- kancheepuram  and Rajalaxmi got filled and Adhiyaman / CARE- trichy were selected by Students in the time between 10.30 and 12.00.  Later choices were for St Peters/ Sree Renukambal/MohmD Satak and Coimbatore colleges were filled in the third session betweem 12.30 to 1.30 PM 

 Davinci / Padmavathy colleges also got preference once the   seats of above colleges got filled. 

Except few colleges all are in their First and Second Year of Running. The interest of the students/ Parents  should bring commitment on the Part of Institutions to organize their faculty/ Classes / Examinations in order we get the output from students .  Good Faculty , Commitment by management to provide good infrastructure and keenness of Students to work sincerely will have a bearing of the future of all such collegges of Architecture.

 Architecture being a Sunrise field of Infrastructure and Residential growth, Our keenness to excel will create good enter-pruners from Tamilnadu in particular and make our economy self sufficient .
